Shipping Policy

Every City Clothing Line Co. piece is printed to order just for you, so it takes a little longer than grabbing something off a shelf. Worth it.

Production time. Orders are usually printed and packed within 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Busy periods can take longer.

Where it ships from. We print with our production partner at facilities in the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Each item is made at the facility that can print it closest to you. If your items are made in different places, your order may arrive in more than one package. Some colors and sizes (for example, our Forest Green and Charcoal hoodies) are printed only in the United States, so orders for them from outside the US take longer to arrive.

Delivery estimates (after production):

  • United States: about 3–4 business days (about 5–9 business days total)
  • Canada: about 3–4 business days if made in Canada; up to 20 business days if made elsewhere
  • UK, EU, Australia/New Zealand, and the rest of the world: about 5–20 business days (about 7–25 business days total)

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers, customs, weather, and holidays can cause delays. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Shipping rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you live and what you order. Launch weekend: free standard shipping on orders of 2+ items shipped to US addresses during our launch weekend.

Customs, duties, and taxes (orders outside the US). International orders are shipped duties unpaid. Your country may charge import duties, taxes, or carrier handling fees when the package arrives. These are set by your country, not by us, and they're the customer's responsibility. We can't predict the exact amount. Refused or unclaimed packages aren't eligible for a refund of shipping or duties.

Where we don't ship. We can't currently ship to Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Venezuela, the Gaza Strip, or the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions. Shipping to the rest of Ukraine and to Kosovo is limited.

Address mistakes. Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, but the reshipping cost is yours. Returned packages not claimed within 30 days can't be reshipped.

Lost or late packages. If your tracking hasn't moved in a while or your package hasn't arrived by the estimated date, email us at cityclothinglinecompany@gmail.com with your order number. Please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we'll send a replacement or a refund. Packages marked "delivered" that go missing should be reported to the carrier first.
